Project Management During Construction

Construction with non-standard design and materials requires oversight and the flexibility to deal with non-standard construction techniques.  Heritage Standing Inc. often manages our own project scope during construction, acting as a liasion between contractors and owners, incorporating site visits (and writing the corresponding reports) to ensure everything proceeds according to plan.  Construction site visits also provide an efficient way to apply knowledge of past construction techniques, allowing for better use of the existing structure.  Decision making is improved and value retained when engineers, skilled trades people, and owners can quickly confer to adjust plans as the project proceeds.
