Morrison Holdings Buildings Global Condition Assessment

Morrison Holdings Ltd. owns six historic buildings in the core of downtown Fredericton.  Constructed during the 19th and early 20th centuries, the buildings are a mix of masonry, brick, concrete, and wood framing and have been subject to numerous alterations.  Heritage Standing Inc. provided an extensive Level One Condition Assessment of the buildings, evaluating damage and prioritizing the necessary repairs to facilitate long term planning.  We have also assisted with multiple construction and rennovation projects.  The G.E. George Building, on which Heritage Standing provided engineering design and project management, won an award from from the City of Fredericton for downtown development.
